Remember the boyfriend jeans story? Well, the same goes for these boyfriend shorts. I don't even qualify for Alexander Wang wannabes... they're not even ripped or anything. We (my bf and i) took two pairs of old jeans and cut them off. One pair for him, one for me.
I've never been into tie-dye stuff (or color red for that matter), but this cardigan caught my eye while shopping one day. The fact that to me isn't really red, but really a mix of orange and red, makes me like it even more. I'm one of those people who love color on other people and when they try experimenting with it end up hating it. I should definitely wear some more color...
With the super heavy rain that's going on outside (it's been raining since 10pm last night), i'm not planning on leaving the house. So the shoes were just for fun, i'll wear them if i end up leaving the house :)

Con estos shorts pasó lo mismo que con los boyfriend jeans. Un día mi novio y yo elegimos dos de los tantos pares de jeans que tenían en desuso, y les cortamos un poco más de la mitad del largo. Uno para él, y uno para mi. Creo que no califican ni para copia de los de Alexander Wang... son sólo un par de jeans cortados, sin ni siquiera algún desgaste.
Nunca fui amante del color. Por lo menos en mi. Soy de esas personas que cuando ven que alguien está usando color piensan en lo genial que queda, pero cuando tratan usarlo para ellas mismas, terminan odiandolo y volviendo a los colores neutros.

Being a hardcore Britney fan (yes, i am), i can't help but post something about her. Last night she kicked off her Circus tour, and even though i'm not a fan of DSquared2, the costumes they designed for her are definitely appropriate for her tour. Very Britney and very circus-meets-Moulin Rouge.
