While everyone's exited about Paris, i'm gonna catch up with London Fashion Week.
It may come across as a plain collection, but there's something about the Twenty8Twelve F/W collection that left me wondering what will they show next. Sienna and Savannah Miller killed it for me. Pretty much everyone around me, and everyone who read my previous posts knows that i'm ready for autumn/winter to get here, and this is what i want to wear when cold weather comes around. Simple, neutral colors, mixed with lots of black and denim -another passion of mine- and what's extremely close to be the perfect leather jacket (paired with the multi-colored dress).
Another thing that i highly appreciated about this collection is that seems super wearable. You can easily walk out the door with any of these looks. That's key for me. Of course that's not exactly what one expects from Fashion Week. But while i enjoy the big houses' shows, the spectacular productions and amazing pieces, it's great to feel refreshed with such simple, clean-looking clothing.
PS. For the ones who asked about the Nine West shoes: i bought them like a month ago at a Nine West store that seems more like an outlet store than a regular one. BUT i did a super quick search on ebay and i was able to find a pair in gold in size 5. I suck at finding stuff on ebay since i never bought anything from there, but if i could find this pair, there should be more around somewhere, right? Good luck!

Muchos pueden pensar que esta colección no tiene nada de especial. Pero la verdad es que lo que presentaron Sienna y Savannah Miller, de Twenty8Twelve el Fashion Week de Londres, me dejó preguntandome qué tendrían para mostrar la temporada que viene. Me encantó. Si tuviera que elegir qué ponerme cuando el clima frío venga, elegiría esto. Colores neutros, mezclados con mucho negro y denim, y lo que parecen perfectas camperitas de cuero.
Lo más destacable es que toda la coleccion es totalmente usable. Podés salir con cualquiera de estos looks a la calle. No creo que éste tipo de colecciones son las que esperamos ver en el Fashion Week. Mientras me gusta y disfruto de los shows que muestran las grandes casas, con producciones espectaculares y prendas que podrían considerarse artísticas, está buenísimo encontrarse con algo con algo así de refrescante.

I loved the Twenty8Twelve collection as well!
they're pieces have been poor quality in my experience but I'm hoping maybe they invested more in their RTW runway pieces. Love their spin on the trends right now.

I went to that show, the looks like great, but the sequin dress was the only piece that brought anything new really. new fan and follower of your blog! bisous <3 x
