I kinda disappeared for a while, again. School's back, but it's nothing like it was last year. Things are not as hectic as they used to. But it took me some time to get everything organized and back in place.
A few days ago Pat came to me and said 'why you have so many gorgeous shoes if you never wear them?' (yes, he said gorgeous). I instantly felt like Toni Collette in 'In her shoes' and decided it was time to do something about it. Since i don't wear shoes (heels) that often, i can't stand them for long periods of time. Seriously, i have no idea how women tote around the city in 6 inch heels all day. But you gotta get started somewhere, right? So here am i, incorporating heels into my everyday wardrobe. So if anyone has any tips, other than carrying a pack of band aids on my purse, they will be more than welcome.

¿Qué mujer no es fanática de los zapatos? Seguramente las haya, pero no es mi caso. No tengo muchos pares, pero cuando puedo voy agregando pares a mi humilde colección.
El que me conoce sabe que siempre priorizo la comodidad antes que nada, por eso no es común verme usando alguno de esos pares. Hace unos días, Pat me preguntó '¿Para qué tenés tantos zapatos, que están buenísimos, si nunca los usas?'. Ahí mismo me sentí como Toni Collette en 'En sus zapatos', personaje que tiene un placard lleno de zapatos que jamás usó ni piensa usar. Leí por ahí que uno puede "entrenar" sus pies, hay diferentes técnicas y todo, una cosa muy rara y hasta quizás útil, pero por algún lado hay que empezar.
Espero cumplir con mi decisión de empezar a usarlos más seguido; con el tiempo van a ir apareciendo más y más pares… de a poco. Si alguien tiene algún consejo para no sufrir después de haberlos tenido puestos durante horas (y que no sea cargar con curitas varias en la cartera), será más que bienvenido!

La bufanda está muy linda! Las plataformas son el modelo perfecto porque te estilizan y te dan altura sin estar incómoda. Por algo se empieza, no?

As for shoe tips, try Dr. Scholls inserts for your shoes. I wouldn't be able to make them through a long day without them!
i last wore my heels years ago, it was for only few hours and i felt my feet burned. i love to wear heels though. anyway, gorgeous shoes indeed!! and i think those ones are much less painful.

Ah el dilema de los tacos! No sabés como te entiendo!! No hay cosa que me gute más que los tacos, pero lamentablemente cada vez que me los pongo a la media hora me arrepiento porque parece que mis pies me van a abandonar por maltrato y se van a separar de mi cuerpo!

Que buenas sandalias!está muy bueno tu blog por que junto a cada outfit le pones algo de contenido!congrats!con respecto a los zapatos se que te vas a reir mucho cuandoleas esto como me pasó a mí cuando lo escuché...pero te lo juro por Dior que probé y funciona...cuando te vallas a poner unos zapatos y temas que te vallan a lástimar ó molestar,ponelos en una bolsa hermética y ponelos unas cuantas horas en el freezzer antres de ponertelos....sí en el freezer..bueno despues de reirte lo suficiente..problalo y contame...BEsos!!
