So excited about this post and sharing this with everyone!

This was a crazy week. I had exams on Monday and Wednesday, and a project that was due on Tuesday, so i had no weekend at all because i had to spend those 48hs. getting everything ready for Tuesday and studying for the exams. So i spent the first half of the week running around like crazy, sleeping two or three hours a day. But the hard work paid off on Friday, when something Pat and i had been waiting for over a month happened.

Are you ready? See those keys i'm holding on the last picture? Those are the keys to our first apartment! It's so surreal, we can't even believe we have our own little place to call home. Even though we're not moving in soon (we're planning it for next year, when we get married), we're thrilled to start working on it, fixing it, decorating it and making it our own.

This was what i was talking about a few posts ago, when i mentioned i had some huge news, but i didn't want to jinx it by telling everyone. Now i tell everyone i come across with, we're beyond happy.

Outfit-wise, i was waiting for the weather to cool down to wear this dress. I wanted to pair it with tights, since it had a (sort of) open back.

Esta semana fue un lío!

Exámenes el lunes y el miércoles, y entrega el martes. La primer parte de la semana me la pasé corriendo de acá para allá, terminando cosas, estudiando, llegando tarde a todos lados… un caos. Pero todo ese esfuerzo, trabajo y agotamiento no pudo opacar la semana, porque el viernes pasó algo que Pat y yo estábamos esperando hace más de un mes.

Ven las llaves que tengo en la mano en la última foto? Si, señores, son las llaves del departamento del que Pat y yo nos podemos llamar orgullosos propietarios. Todavía no podemos creer que tenemos nuestro lugar. Y aunque todavía no nos vayamos a mudar (lo estamos planeando para el año que viene, después del casamiento), estamos súper ansiosos de empezar a arreglarlo, decorarlo y hacerlo nuestro. Increíble!
